What you’ll do
- Support the lead generation and outreach process via LinkedIn, HubSpot, and strategic partnerships.
- Research and map target investor profiles (HNWIs, family offices, financial advisors, etc.).
- Design and build AI agents and automation workflows to streamline client mapping, lead qualification, and counterparty research processes.
- Assist in creating personalised communication and marketing collateral for outreach campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on conversion data.
- Enhance company and founder visibility and engagement by providing comments on LinkedIn and Reddit regarding wealth management, finance, private markets, and related topics.
- Handle segmentation and reporting in HubSpot, supporting funnel visibility and investor analytics.

- Strong interest in private markets, venture capital, or fintech.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Hands-on experience or strong curiosity about AI agents, automation tools, or workflow optimization (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom API integrations).
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a “founder’s mentality.”
- Ownership mindset, you take initiative, deliver independently, and follow through with accountability.
- Fluent in English.

Experience (Nice to have)
- Business development, sales, or growth roles at startups, fintech companies, or financial services firms
- Market research or investor relations in venture capital, private equity, or wealth management
- Startup or entrepreneurial ventures where you wore multiple hats and solved problems independently
- Digital marketing or social media strategy, particularly in B2B or financial services contexts
- Financial analysis or investment research in public or private markets
Technical skills
- Experience building automation workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs, or AI-powered research tools)
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM reporting tools
- Knowledge of web scraping, data enrichment tools, or API integrations
- Ability to analyze data and create clear reports or dashboards
Domain knowledge (valued)
- Basic understanding of B2B funnels, lead qualification, or outreach automation
- Familiarity with private market trends, venture capital, or family office ecosystem
- Strong grasp of professional social media engagement (LinkedIn and Reddit communities)
